Empire Manager: Gold is a strategy game with a style similar to Civilization. Here you have to choose one of three civilizations to conquer the world with. Each of the three civilizations (Egyptian, Roman, and Viking) has its own advantages and disadvantages.

From the world screen, you can move your units around the map, trying to conquer new territories by using different strategies. The most common way to conquer your neighbors is to annihilate them on the battlefield, but you can also try using other, more subtle, strategies as well.

The screen for managing your capital is where you make the most important decisions. In these menus, you can indicate the resources (both human and economic) that you want to dedicate to developing new technologies, view your current food production, or put money into building wonders. In short, you can manage every aspect of your empire.

Empire Manager: Gold is a really entertaining strategy game that offers the typical management aspects of the classics, with a direct and fun battle system. In the skirmishes, you can take control of your army and make decisions during exciting turn-based battles.
